One of the worst customer services at Sam Tourism by Mr. Ajmal. We opted for visa change services from this company. They suggested to take a flight instead of the bus services and we agreed. Since the visa was delayed, we tired contacting the company. Mr. Ajmal continuously kept making either false promises to call back OR would cut our calls. Would never recommend to do business with this company since they don’t take any responsibility.
