HISTORY Siwakoti Manpower Services is known as one of the reputed recruitment agencies in Nepal. It was registered under Government of Nepal in the year 2004. Since its establishment, it is renowned for manpower planning, consultancy and recruitment. In the year 2015, the company was dissolved due to geographic inconveniences and registered in Creative City Fujerah with presence of physical office in Creative Tower Fujerah and Boulevard Tower Downtown Dubai HOW DO WE WORK Siwakoti HR Services has its own manpower agency in Nepal. Regarding the recruitment from India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, we work with our associates that have covered most of the locations throughout those countries. For recruiting people from rest of the world, we are having a partnership with some locally established agencies that have good link over those countries. Collection of candidates using different modes of advertisement and head-hunting ? Screening the candidates by using pre-interview, background check and references ? Final selection procedure by the client itself ? Briefing the candidates to understand the job and responsibilities better ? Providing the required documents to the clients for hiring including accepted offer letters ? Completing the final formalities and departure of the candidates POST RECRUITMENT SERVICES We do not only recruit, but provide post-recruitment services to our clients.
