Bab Al Madeena – Rent A Car in Dubai, is one of the worst experience, never ever take rent a car from them, their cars are worst, stinking, and they have enough excuse, highly unprofessional employees.
they dont even bother about the customer, just take care of deposit, as they have lots of ifs and buts during the time of refund.
Service is worst and they are looting the people… I asked my refund of my security deposit of 1,500 aed which they are suppose to return in 14 days. But in gave several reminders and follow-ups but no reply at all. Finally i Got my money only (1420 aed) after 1.5 months and that too with deduction of 80 aed and when i asked them regarding this deduction they told me its our service charges which was never mentioned anywhere.
I agree with the other customers, really its the worst experience in my life, the staff are careless and non professional, we are waiting to get back our deposit since 1 month and they still didnt send us any thing and no body is answering, they charged us even when they came to get back the car 160 AED which was not mentioned in the beginning, really not honest. Just take care and dont risk.
This is the worst car rental company in the world. They use extremely shady business practices to swindle money out of you in every way imaginable. They will offer you the cheapest car and then charge the double of it in admin fees. They will make you pay a deposit and then charge admin fees on every single transaction. When you go to their office they will lie to you on your face and then deny every having done so. Avoid them. Avoid them. Avoid them at all costs.
